RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests include virtual communities, network economy, and data mining for networked environments. Specifically, I investigate the underlying network dynamics in virtual communities and their implications. I have focused primarily on user interaction, information transmission and the competition among virtual communities. My research will contribute a better understanding of the value of virtual communities as information media and how they shape online user behavior in today's networked economy.
TEACHING INTERESTS
Management information systems, electronic commerce/IT and strategy, data mining and business intelligence, systems analysis and design, data communications.
